Want to be more creative but don't really know where to begin?
Interested to learn basic drawing but too shy to attend a "serious" drawing class?
Looking for a creative outlet to express yourself and explore your imagination?
Come express yourself and explore your creativity through this series of Creative Doodling Workshops guided by professional artist/illustrator MaryAnn Loo (@PenguinGirl_Art). These workshops are targeted at creating artworks that express yourself and your imagination, while learning some basic drawing tools that can enhance your visual language. Join me on Thursdays and explore a different theme each month!
Held in a casual setting of a cafe, MaryAnn aims to create a space of fun, creativity and learning through small-group workshops of no more than 5 people. All materials are provided, though you are free to bring your own if you like.
MaryAnn is a self-taught professional artist/illustrator from Singapore, who curated her first solo exhibition in 2013, and her first group exhibition in 2014. Since then she has sold over 100 artworks, illustrated 4 children's books and over 100 portraits, and painted 5 murals. She was commissioned to create an installation at the NOISE Arts Festival last year, and is currently working on her second solo and group exhibitions.
